Cloud Success Manager

As a Cloud Success Manager – He/She needs to have above 5 years of experience in Cloud sales. Has to have background of Microsoft sales in international market preferably United States. Has exposure to END to END sales and has knowledge of cloud based software.

Responsibilities

Bring in more accounts and help in closing them
Managing lead generation team which generate and develop leads
Experience in client facing roles, gathering requirements, providing pre-sales solution.
Collaborates with the consultant and/or Market segment Manager in defining the customer’s business and integration requirements.
Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating Solution requirements; integrating with business operations.
Manage and close direct pipeline of business by driving all aspects of the sales cycle, from product evaluation through contract negotiation and purchase.

Qualifications for the position of Cloud Success Manager

Masters in administration.
Experience in customer success/ pre sales / cloud sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
Minimum 5+ years in cloud sales ( Microsoft 365/AWS/GCP)
Exposure to sales in INTERNATIONAL markets is an added advantage
